The campus has priorities set out for working towards having a carbon neutral, eco-friendly environment aimed at energy conservation and rain water harvesting. The building is designed with unique features that permit sun light to permeate into the building through skylights, and air vents and passages that permit free flow of air across the building which minimize consumption of electricity. Emphasis on lush green environment, ecological balance and great care on the conservation of ecological resources create an enchanting experience and a pleasant ambience in the campus. The campus also includes a Guest House with 20 fully furnished rooms with all amenities, a few staff quarters and the Director's residence.
